How we are managing the Coronavirus
In these uncertain times, we understand that coronavirus is a concern for all our customers and our staff, and we are striving to ensure that we adhere to Government policy and ensure that our staff have a healthy environment.
Consequently, we are running a skeleton office service on a rota basis which will inevitably lead to delays on answering any emails. We would ask that if you have any questions that you email only to [email protected] as our phone system will not be manned. The majority of staff are working from a safe environment at home and some have remote access to our servers and will be monitoring and responding to email enquiries.
Processing your order
As soon as you place an order with us it is logged and processed in our system and ready to go once the products are available. Our suppliers have all assured us that as soon as they re-open, our customers’ orders will be fulfilled. Orders placed during this restrictive period will therefore be the first ones processed for delivery as suppliers re-open their distribution. There is a small possibilty that we would be able to send out some of your orders in a shorter time-frame whilst our in-house stocks last
Couriers & Royal Mail
The government has reiterated that it wants to keep distribution lines open and we have confirmation that all our delivery options are still running i.e. Royal Mail and DHL/Uk Mail, should we have your order available in-house.
We are here for the duration, and are proud of the service we give our customers in normal times. Please bear with us, but above all, keep healthy and we should all look forward to a better future.
