Payment methods

All the transactions placed through the website are processed and secured by Sage pay. 

The cards we accept include - Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa

We are now accepting AMEX as a payment option.

All payments are made in (£) Pounds Sterling.

All payments are inclusive of VAT at 20%, if you wish to see the amount excluding VAT please click on the "inc.VAT" icon on the basket.

We are now accepting methods of payments by Paypal. Paypal payments are made through Sagepay or we can send a payment request from our paypal account.

 

 

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, either from items returned or items that have been purchased and are unavailable.

Any card payments made through our merchant center Sagepay (through a website transaction or manual transaction made by sales operative), once the refund has been processed the monies can take 5 to 7 days to appear back in your account (subject to bank account).

PayPal refunds are instantaneous and should appear back in your PayPal account on the same day the refund has been processed.

Refunds made through the electronic card machine (PDQ) are usually quicker to process and subsequently only take up to 2 to 3 days to complete.

Security Issues

As our site is not covered under SSL certifications, if you have high security software enabled, you may encounter security warnings when processing your order.

Just to ensure you that all orders processed are covered by SAGEPAY or PAYPAL (whichever method is being used), which are both highly secure and leading merchant centers for the online world in their own right, so there should be no issues to be worried of.

Since we starting trading online, we are yet to have 1 security issue using these merchant centers, so we are very confident of the security they provide to you - the customer.

Please note: payments may appear under the name of NowLighting, on your statement, which is our sister website.

Please note: payments are issued instantly when an order is placed, not when the goods have been shipped.
