The delivery was prompt and the handle was very satisfactory, only let down was the screws as they weren't black screws, only just had their heads coloured, so tended to scratch off a bit in fixing

These had to match an existing pattern of kitchen cupboard handle, inasmuch as there are three visible screw heads around the semi circumference of the product. This was important for consistency of style. Well manufactured product and aesthetically pleasing as to finish.

The Heritage Brass C1700AT hooded cup pull 97mm antique brass parts I ordered came really quickly and as an engineer I was amazed at the quality of them. I ordered 12 to replace the ones on a workshop bench I am restoring. The bench is over 50 years old and the original handles although good quality did not match the quality and sturdiness of the new ones.Thanks for supplying such an excellent product.
