The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Highlands and other remote areas will incur additional delivery charges, these will be shown at checkout.
Special FREE Delivery Items
Some products attract a FREE delivery on your whole order even with a basket value under £45. These will be advertised on the individual product pages.
FREE Next Day Delivery Items
Some select products have FREE NEXT DAY delivery. These will be advertised on the individual product pages. Order must be placed before Midday to have any chance of receiving said item next Day. When ordering a basket containing both next day and standard delivery items will invalidate the next day delivery service and will be shipped together when the standard delivery item(s) are available.
Please Note: Next day deliveries are not guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible in case of any mitigating circumstances.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need something on a specific day please call us and we will let you know an estimated arrival date and if we can speed things along we will.

WHAT TIME OF DAY?
SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS
Any Special Order items will take longer than the standard delivery times allocated. We will advise estimated delivery times for any Special Order items with the individual customer.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND
Outside UK Mainland (All prices Inc VAT) (once in transit will take Two working days for delivery)
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are charged at a premium rate, please call to either find out further info or to arrange a weekend delivery. Free delivery option is not applied to Weekend Deliveries.
From when you receive your goods, you have 14 days to notify us in writing (email or letter) that you wish to return the items, if not required, for a full refund (not including carriage). You then have a further 14 days to ensure that the goods are received by us. Failure to comply with the time frame will invalidate any potential refund. In total, from when you receive the order, you then have a total of 28 days to return any goods for a refund (subject to inspection of goods).
Please note: We reserve the right to 'NOT' issue a refund for returned goods if they are in anyway damaged, not in a resellable condition, lost in transit, not in their original packaging or returned outside of the time frame provided.
For returning items, please print and fill out our returns form - RETURNS FORM - and send this form with the goods being returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods (unless specified) and we recommend that you return your item(s) using a signed for service that provides you with proof of delivery to us. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
PRODUCT STOCK LEAD TIMES
We strongly suggest that you contact us for estimated delivery times of each product, as we cannot guarantee stock on every product that we sell on the website. For example: one product might take 1 to 2 working days, this usually states that this product is in stock and can be dispatched straight away (terms apply) or could advise 4 to 7 working days, usually meaning that we would have to order this item in from one of our suppliers which can be turned around in a couple of days.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
If you require next working day delivery, please contact us as only stock items can be shipped next day. If we have them in stock and the delivery address is mainland UK we can add this to your order for £15 Inc VAT. Orders must be processed before 12pm Monday to Friday to have any chance of receiving the goods next working day.

DPD Pickup Shops
If we have shipped your order via DPD, you may be given the opportunity to have your parcel delivered to a DPD Pickup Shop, to allow for ease of delivery if not available at the intended delivery address on day of delivery.
If this is the case, you must take along with you: ID and details for the consignment.
Please note: ID must match that of the customer name on the consignment/order to release the parcel.
