Product Stock Lead Times
We strongly suggest that you contact us for estimated delivery times of each product, as we cannot guarantee stock on every product that we sell on the website. For example: one product might take 1 to 2 working days, this usually states that this product is in stock and can be dispatched straight away (terms apply) or could advise 4 to 7 working days, usually meaning that we would have to order this item in from one of our suppliers which can be turned around in a couple of days.
As we sell over 7000 products on the website alone it's impossible to keep stock of every item. If you have any questions about delivery times for any product please don't hesitate to speak to one of us to provide you with a clearer understanding of how long the product will take to reach you. If any product is unavailable from us or our supplier we try our best to indicate this on the effected products.
If you are in close proximity to where we are based in Aldershot, you are more than welcome to collect the goods ordered in place of getting them delivered. We ask that you please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel as the courier usually requires a signature to release the package. We use Interlink Express as our main delivery service. When processing deliveries we always add the customers email address, which enables the courier company to contact the customer directly with delivery arrival updates, and allows the customer to change, if needed, specific details of the delivery including; change of delivery date, change of address or even allow goods to be left with a neighbour. This in turn allows the customer to dictate how the delivery process should go, but in case of unexpected problems we will help the customer out as much as we can. Interlink express uses a system called PREDICT which allows the customer to alter, if needed, their expected delivery. This name PREDICT will be headed in the email that Interlink Express send to the customer once we have processed the delivery. The email address we use is the one that the customer chooses when placing their order.
Generally, any stock items will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days using a next day service from our courier. Due to the vast range of products available to us we cannot stock everything, nevertheless, our suppliers carry good stock levels and we are able to dispatch non-stock items in 2 to 5 working days, some items (where indicated under the estimated delivery section of the product information) can take up to any time between 5 to 10 working days, due to the some items being handmade or being shipped from outside the UK. Should we anticipate any delays outside of 7-10 days we will contact you.

and we will verify lead times with our suppliers. We will always endeavour to keep to above delivery times but once the goods have been shipped they may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Next Working Day Delivery
Once your order is ready for dispatch (whether it's a normal stock item or an item that has to be ordered in from a specific supplier), they will be dispatched that same day, and will always be next day delivery (unless it's outside UK mainland, and other mitigating circumstances).
If you require your order urgently and want to arrange a next day delivery (if items not currently in stock) it can be arranged if ordered before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday Delivery only) and at a cost of £12.50 (£15.00 Inc.VAT) however much the total order value is. Due to Pro-Decor items being supplied from Germany, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery on any of their products.
International Delivery Charges
International deliveries cannot be accepted through the website, due to the variable costs of weight and to different destinations around the world. We can ship to international destinations through Phone and Email orders, 0330 1234 899 or email@example.com
Costs will vary depending on the products required, weight, size and ultimately the destination, as all international destinations vary in some way. We are not responsible for added taxes or customs charges, this is down to the end user to sort out or responsibility of the shipping company, as sometimes the added fees are sorted out, but in some circumstances they're to be paid by the customer to release the goods.
