We are closed on 1st May for May Bank Holiday Monday.
Any orders dispatched on Friday 28th April leading up to bank holiday Monday will be delivered on Tuesday 2nd May and onwards.
Will will not be available on Monday the 1st May to answer any queries, any enquiries will be answered from Tuesday the 2nd May onwards.
Any orders placed over the 'Easter Bank Holiday Weekend' will be processed and dispatched from Tuesday the 18th April onwards.

On most products we offer FREE UK Mainland delivery.

Weekend Deliveries
 
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are charged at a premium rate, please call to either find out further info or to arrange a weekend delivery.
Free delivery option is not applied to Weekend Deliveries.
 
Delivery charges are automatically applied in checkout, once the user has registered an account with a valid UK postal Code.

We may send very small orders by Royal Mail Delivery. Our standard carriage charge will cover handling, administration and processing of low value orders.
 
Returns Policy
For returning items, please print and fill out our returns form - RETURNS FORM

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from handles4u.co.uk.  However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Please direct all requests to enquiries@handles4u.co.uk.
 
We do not offer a free returns policy. Payment for returning goods is the sole responsibility of the customer (unless in special circumstances where we will uplift the returns payment). If any product(s) are to be returned, please notify us that you intend to return said items, and once the good(s) have been returned to us in a good condition, refunds will be uplifted in due course. Please make sure returns are sent by recorded post, or courier, due to the fact that we will not refund you for lost or damaged items.
 
Unfortunately we no longer offer a collection service as our courier company have raised the price of third party collections. We recommend using a courier to return the goods, as we cannot uplift a return if the goods have not been received, and, or damaged
 
We do not expect you to return the items back in their original packaging, due to the fact that the items will obviously be taken out the packaging to be tried and tested. All we ask is that they are returned in a resellable condition.
 
Any items labelled as special order cannot be returned, due to the fact they have been specially made to you specification and unlikely to be re-sold to another customer.
 
From when you receive your goods, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the items, if not required, for a full refund (not including carriage). If notification is after the 14 days there will be a 25% restocking charge added to your order. The 25% restocking charge is the percentage we will take off the order, for failure to notify us within the allotted returns space.
 
Only in special circumstances the 25% restocking charge will not be added.
 
Product Stock Lead Times
 
We strongly suggest that you contact us for estimated delivery times of each product, as we cannot guarantee stock on every product that we sell on the website. For example: one product might take 1 to 2 working days, this usually states that this product is in stock and can be dispatched straight away (terms apply) or could advise 4 to 7 working days, usually meaning that we would have to order this item in from one of our suppliers which can be turned around in a couple of days.
 
As we sell over 7000 products on the website alone it's impossible to keep stock of every item. If you have any questions about delivery times for any product please don't hesitate to  speak to one of us to provide you with a clearer understanding of how long the product will take to reach you. If any product is unavailable from us or our supplier we try our best to indicate this on the effected products.
 
Collections
 
If you are in close proximity to where we are based in Aldershot, you are more than welcome to collect the goods ordered in place of getting them delivered. Delivery Requirements
 
We ask that you please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel as the courier usually requires a signature to release the package. We use Interlink Express as our main delivery service. When processing deliveries we always add the customers email address, which enables the courier company to contact the customer directly with delivery arrival updates, and allows the customer to change, if needed, specific details of the delivery including; change of delivery date, change of address or even allow goods to be left with a neighbour. This in turn allows the customer to dictate how the delivery process should go, but in case of unexpected problems we will help the customer out as much as we can. Interlink express uses a system called PREDICT which allows the customer to alter, if needed, their expected delivery. This name PREDICT will be headed in the email that Interlink Express send to the customer once we have processed the delivery. The email address we use is the one that the customer chooses when placing their order.
 
Delivery Times
 
Generally, any stock items will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days using a next day service from our courier.  Due to the vast range of products available to us we cannot stock everything, nevertheless, our suppliers carry good stock levels and we are able to dispatch non-stock items in 2 to 5 working days, some items (where indicated under the estimated delivery section of the product information) can take up to any time between 5 to 10 working days, due to the some items being handmade or being shipped from outside the UK. Should we anticipate any delays outside of 7-10 days we will contact you.
 
If you have specific delivery requirements please contact us before placing your order at enquiries@handles4u.co.uk or on 0330 1234 899 and we will verify lead times with our suppliers. We will always endeavour to keep to above delivery times but once the goods have been shipped they may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
 
Next Working Day Delivery
 
Once your order is ready for dispatch (whether it's a normal stock item or an item that has to be ordered in from a specific supplier), they will be dispatched that same day, and will always be next day delivery (unless it's outside UK mainland, and other mitigating circumstances).
 
If you require your order urgently and want to arrange a next day delivery (if items not currently in stock) it can be arranged if ordered before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday Delivery only) and at a cost of £12.50 (£15.00 Inc.VAT) however much the total order value is. If you wish to arrange a Next Day delivery (all depends whether items are in stock at our suppliers, as this is not always guaranteed) please email enquiries@handles4u.co.uk or call 01252 314766 (as this cannot be organised through the website due to the special nature of the order, all items must come from the same supplier as well).
 
Due to Pro-Decor items being supplied from Germany, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery on any of their products.
 
 
International Delivery Charges
 
International deliveries cannot be accepted through the website, due to the variable costs of weight and to different destinations around the world. We can ship to international destinations through Phone and Email orders, 0330 1234 899 or enquiries@handles4u.co.uk, respectively.
 
Costs will vary depending on the products required, weight, size and ultimately the destination, as all international destinations vary in some way. We are not responsible for added taxes or customs charges, this is down to the end user to sort out or responsibility of the shipping company, as sometimes the added fees are sorted out, but in some circumstances they're to be paid by the customer to release the goods.
