How to return an item to us

Returns made within 28 days of order

From when you receive your goods, you have 28 days to complete a return, in order for a refund to be issued (refund subject to inspection of goods).

Please note: We reserve the right to 'NOT' issue a refund for returned goods if they are:

  • Damaged (without prior notification from customer).
  • Not in a Re-saleable Condition.
  • Not in original packaging.
  • Returned outside the 28 day period.

We 'DO NOT' offer a free returns service. It is the customer's responsibility to organise a return. Please return goods in safe and secure manner.

Please remember to print off the returns form and ensure that a copy of this is included with the items being returned.

Returns made after 28 days of order

If goods are to be returned outside the 28 day time frame provided, we reserve the right to NOT accept the return.

On occasions we allow for a small amount of leeway. This depends on how far over the 28 day returns period for when the return was made, and the item(s) being returned to us. We may accept the return but add a restocking charge against the total refund.

The restocking charge percentage will vary per product and length of time over the 28 day period. The charge will be applied at our discretion.

If not accepted: the returnee will be notified and will either have to collect their return, or it will be discarded post 7 days from being notified.

Download and Complete the Returns Form:

To initiate your return, please start by downloading our returns form. Print and fill it out accurately, as this form is critical for processing your return.

Include the Completed Form with Your Return:

Once you have filled out the returns form, attach it to the items you are returning. It is vital that this form accompanies your return package to ensure your return is processed correctly.

Please be aware that for us to process your return and issue a refund, the inclusion of the completed returns form is mandatory. Returns sent without this form will NOT be eligible for processing or refunding. Make sure to include the completed form with your returned items to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

General returns terms and conditions

It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods (unless specified) and we recommend that you return your item(s) using a signed for service that provides you with proof of delivery to us. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Any special orders CANNOT be returned, due to the fact they have been specially made to your specification.

Refunds

Please note that any refund will take between 5 to 10 days to be credited to your original payment card. PayPal refunds will be immediate once the refund is processed.

Please Note: Refunds for orders placed and paid for through SagePay may appear in your bank account under our sister site name of 'Nowlighting'.
