Rim lock knobs of this quality are now easy to get hold of! The only gripe I have with these is that because the positioning ring is threaded this means that it turns with the bar and yet has holes for fixing to the door. In the end I dispensed with this and just used the grub screw on the outer side handle as the fixing for the inner handle position. The quality of the handles is excellent and far better than the standard rubbish which seems to have accumulated in the houses I work in. Proper weighty brass with deep chrome. Customer very happy.

Good range of hardware and I've ordered stuff, returned it and then ordered alternatives. The first order was dispatched quickly and the return processed quickly. The second order took a bit longer but the very nice lady I spoke to in sales explained that they were waiting for a couple of items from the supplier. The order arrived a day or so later. One word of warning - if you are ordering online, it's not clear from the site that returns do need to be authorised by phone first.
